My approach to healing does not dwell on past events, but focuses on releasing what is no longer needed, harmonizing the system and creating new pathways to live from. The intention is to help you feel more at ease within yourself while opening space for meaningful change at a deeper level.
Healing, at its root, means to become whole. Through this work, I bring together mind, body, emotional experience and spirit, so that greater balance can emerge. Reiki is one of the modalities used, allowing the system to settle, recalibrate and restore a sense of internal stability.
This work can address a wide range of experiences, including emotional overwhelm, physical discomfort and trauma held within the body. My approach is grounded in both lived experience and years of practice, offering a steady and safe environment where deeper layers can be worked through with care. This is soul-level healing.
I am guided by Source throughout each session, following what is being directed in the moment. Light language may also be expressed as it arises naturally, assisting the movement of energy and the clearing of deeper layers where needed.
Through my experience, I have developed a signature approach that also allows for the clearing of deeper energetic influences, including curses, dark energies, implants, karmic ties, and soul contracts. As these are addressed, many people notice a greater sense of ease, renewed perspective, and an increased ability to move forward with confidence and self-trust.
